TrailEase Gear wants customers to clearly understand how order cancellations are handled. This Cancellation Policy explains when an order may be canceled, when cancellation may no longer be possible, and how refunds are handled for approved cancellations.

TrailEase Gear is a personal ecommerce website offering outdoor and portable gear, including foldable picnic mats, beach mats, ultralight folding tables, and moon chairs.

1. Order Cancellation Window

Customers may request to cancel an order before the order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to cancel it.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact us by email as soon as possible.

Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is caused by our error.

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to product availability, we may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

9. Fraud Prevention and Order Review

TrailEase Gear reserves the right to cancel or hold an order if we detect suspicious activity, payment issues, incorrect information, or possible fraud.

If additional verification is needed, we may contact the customer before processing the order.

TrailEase Gear currently sells and ships products within the United States only.
